Where's Andrew?

It's Christmas break and the boys have enjoyed their time off from school. They have had enough days off now that the fighting has begun to settle in. Yesterday I was looking for Andrew and found him laying UNDER his bed. When I asked him why he was under there, he said: I just want 5 minutes without Max!

Mittens

Why is it that I am at fault for Max having already lost all 6 pairs of gloves I bought him for the winter? Why is it that today Daddy's gloves are too big? Why is it that every other day Daddy's gloves are just right!? Why is it that he wants to wear gloves that don't fit when he has gloves that fit, but wants gloves that fit when he doesn't have them? Why can't I teach him a lesson and make him go to school with no gloves and freeze his little fingers? Because I'm his mother and that would be mean, wouldn't it?

Max as Santa!

I just found out that Max has been chosen to play Santa Claus in his school play. Apparently there is a Mrs. Claus too... Kailey. I asked him if he had to get married and he said: Mom, it's just for the play! with a sheepish smile on his face. More to come on this you can rest assured. The play is Dec. 14

Clip art?

The other night I was working on a design at home. Max came up behind me to see what I was doing. When he saw me working on my art, he said: Mom, you don't have to do all of that. Just hold down Shift and go to "get clipart!" Cute that he wanted to help me. Of course I had to explain that mommy doesn't use clip art - she makes her own art!
