We're a baseball family

The Tiger game was a blast! and I didn't even have to use my sleeping bag - just a few blankets, long johns, hat, scarf, three layers of jackets and wool socks! And sorry, no pictures. I forgot my camera. ugh!

So here are two funny baseball stories that happened last week.

The first was at Drew's football practice last Monday. He was getting knocked around pretty good at practice. On the way to the car when it was over, he looked at his dad and said "Dad, I think we're a baseball family."

Last night Andrew had to finish up an art assignment where he was asked to draw a picture of his favorite memory from this year. He drew a picture of a kid catching a ball over the wall at a Yankees game. We asked him to explain the picture and he said "Dad, remember that Yankees game we went to this season and I caught that ball?" G: "I remember the game, but not the ball." Drew: "Yeah, I know, but can we just go with it?!"
